This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through NIFEN (https://www.nifenaqua.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
2. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DESTINATIONS
We ship from Shenzhen, China to worldwide destinations using reliable carriers such as:
- China Post (ePacket, Air Mail)
- YunExpress
- DHL (for expedited shipping, where available)
- Other local logistics partners depending on destination
We do not guarantee which carrier will be used unless you select an express shipping option (if offered).
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (BUSINESS DAYS)
Delivery times vary significantly by destination and are estimates only – not guarantees. Actual delivery may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Note: These estimates start AFTER your order has been shipped (i.e., after processing time). For example, an order to the EU may take 1–3 days processing + 15–35 days in transit.
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any expected delivery date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure events.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions of products
- Selected shipping method (standard vs. expedited, if offered)
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping and does not include expedited shipping, customs duties, or import fees.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.
- If customs authorities refuse to release your package and the package is abandoned or destroyed, we will not issue a refund.
- By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country.
6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may charge a re-shipping fee (equal to the original shipping cost) to send it again. Alternatively, we may cancel the order and refund the product price minus the original shipping cost.
- If the package is lost because of an address error, we are not responsible and no refund or replacement will be issued.
7. TRACKING INFORMATION
- A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment.
- Some economy shipping methods (e.g., China Post Air Mail) may have limited tracking after leaving China. We are not responsible for lack of tracking updates once the parcel has left our origin country.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (NON-DOA ITEMS)
- For glass, ceramic, and aquarium products, please refer to the DOA (Dead on Arrival) clause in our Return & Refund Policy. You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
- For other products (e.g., stainless steel items), if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged:
- You must report the issue within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will file an investigation with the carrier. Investigations can take 4–8 weeks.
- If the carrier accepts liability, we will issue a refund or replacement.
- If the carrier denies liability or does not respond, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (if available). Without insurance, your recovery is limited to what the carrier may compensate, which is often very low (e.g., $20–$50).
9. FAILURE TO RECEIVE PACKAGE
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, you must contact the local carrier and file a claim. We will assist with proof of shipment, but we are not responsible for theft or mis-delivery after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
- If your tracking has not updated for more than 30 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. After investigation (which may take up to 30 days), if the package is confirmed lost, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) or a one-time replacement, subject to availability.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
- You may cancel your order for a full refund (including shipping costs) only if you request cancellation before we have processed the order (typically within 12 hours of placing the order).
- Once the order has been packed or handed to the carrier, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item under our Return & Refund Policy after receiving it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility (unless it is a quality issue).
11. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
- If a package is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver it (e.g., unclaimed, refused by recipient, incorrect address), we will notify you.
- You may choose to have the package re-shipped. Re-shipping fees (original shipping cost) must be paid by you before we re-send the package.
- If you do not wish to have it re-shipped, we will refund the product price minus:
- Original shipping cost (which is non-refundable)
- Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier (typically $15–$30)
- We do not refund customs duties or taxes paid.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for any delay, failure to deliver, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, postal strikes, pandemics, government actions, customs delays, severe weather, or transportation disruptions. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery, but estimated delivery times shall be deemed extended for the duration of the force majeure event.
13. CONSUMER PROTECTION COMPLIANCE NOTE
- For EU customers: Under EU law, if the goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised delivery date (or within 30 days of the order date if no specific date was promised), you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund. Our estimated delivery times are non-binding estimates. If your order exceeds 30 business days from shipment, please contact us. We will either expedite a resolution or, if we cannot deliver within a reasonable additional time, we will offer a full refund (excluding any expedited shipping fees).
- For US customers: The FTC requires that we ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no promise). We commit to processing within 1–3 business days and shipping thereafter. You will be notified if we cannot meet the estimated timeframe.
- For Japanese and South Korean customers: We comply with local e-commerce laws requiring disclosure of delivery estimates. The estimates above are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. You may cancel before shipment as per Section 10.
