7.2 Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. However, for DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims on glass/ceramic products and aquariums, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (Section 4).
7.3 We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
17.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country will apply to the extent they cannot be derogated from.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier failures.
19. SEVERABILITY
